Surabaya Layer Cake originates from Indonesia. It is a type of sponge cake, but much more dense,
yet without the weight. The cake consists of 2 layers of yellow cake & 1 layer of chocolate cake.
The texture is moist, smooth, velvety.... and the fragrance is simply heavenly.
The cake is suitable for occasions such as birthdays and weddings.
